You may have just gone back and read that again. But yes, I said lumberjack. As in the people that chop down trees for a living. Confused? Don't be. Here's the description for the party, as seen on Facebook:
"There will Lumberjack food, chopping of wood, games, a log-shaped cake, spontaneous Lumberjack carols, manliness, music, a classic Lumberjack movie, etc. Make sure to bring your axe and come dressed in your obnoxious plaid, suspenders, boots, and hat. We will also be providing felt to cut into beards, for those unable to naturally don a beard."
Okay, yes - totally awesome. Rather than try to tell you how awesome this was through words, I'll just show you some pictures.

You know, I feel like this party is a perfect reflection of how cool my friends are. The best part was that everyone there was totally random. We weren't all from the same group, which just makes it super great. They all got to know me in a beard! Huzzah.
Oh okay. By the way, me and my family are currently watching a spelling bee. It's hilarious... and totally sweet.
