food critic?

I have to do a project for Prostart - make a book about a career in the hospitality industry. Exciting, eh?

I think so.

Of course, I chose a Food Critic. Because REALLY, folks - you can go eat at fancy restaurants and sample their delicious food, then write about it. And get paid for doing this. Journalism? Eating?! Two things I love doing.

And maybe I'd get to look like this guy.
